The Club takes all feasible measures to maintain and present the Course in the best possible condition coincidental with prevailing weather and other conditions. Work on the Greens is, whenever viable, completed before Visitors play. Work on the Course, other than the Greens, may continue throughout the day.
Course closure is sometimes unavoidable;
In this event every effort will be made to notify the Organiser in order to avoid Parties being involved in a wasted journey.
ORGANISERS
The Organiser is responsible for ensuring all members of the party are fully aware of the above conditions and for payment of the TOTAL Green fee due.
VISITORS
Visitors are Temporary Members for the day but may not tee off after 4.00pm unless playing with a Member. Visitors failing to observe any of the Conditions may be asked by the Professional, Secretary or a Committee Member to reconsider their position;
Failure to do so may result in a request to leave the Course and in this event no refund of Green fee will be allowed.
