This spectacular view is looking northwest across the 13th tee to the distant Campsie Hills. The particular formation in view is known as the “Sleeping Soldier” among other names.

Here we see the view from the 8th fairway looking south across Bearsden & Drumchapel with the rest of Glasgow beyond.

This view from the top of the 12th is breathtaking. Apparently you can see the Forth Rail Bridge on a clear day….as long as you’ve got your telescope with you !
